Rene Marie Russo is an American film actress and former supermodel. Known for her elegant beauty her longevity in the highly competitive film industry reflects her skills and talent as an actor. Her career began as a model for fashion in the year 1970 her rise quickly to the top of the heap. After studying acting, Russo began her modeling career at the age of Los Angeles. Russo began her film debut in ABCs drama series Sable in 1987 portraying the character of Eden Kendell. Her first major movie, Major League was released in the year following. Rose Namajunas, one of the most well-known female UFC athletes, is an accomplished athlete. She began as an amateur, fighting at various regional competitions. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her on and later she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Due to her successes within and outside of the octagon, Namajunas has been a household word since joining UFC. Namajunas had his birth on June 29, 1992, in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was born into an ethnically diverse Lithuanian family. Rose played sports like basketball and kickboxing while growing older. When she was 18 years old, she began her professional career with Invicta Fighting Championships in which she took two wins through submission. Dana White was impressed and signed Rose to UFC's strawweight division when she was 22, in December of 2014. Rose has experienced highs as well as she's also had lows in her career but always came in the end on winning. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 for the Women's Strawweight Championship. Rose won the bout via technical knockout in just 3 minutes after the start of the round. It was the first women to compete in a title fight with any of the major promotions in the world.
